Mrs. Garima Mathur
She has individually guided more than 500 students and addressed over 2000 young learners on choosing the right career path. Her counselling approach is simple. Listen deeply. Understand the person. Her background in both technical and managerial education gives her an edge in understanding the expectations of modern careers. She has worked closely with students during her decade-long role as Training and Placement Head at Poornima University and Poornima Group of Colleges, Rajasthan. That experience helped her understand what students really need to become employable, confident, and career-ready.
